I’ve had this thing for years and it’s never failed me not once! Works for me in a matter of days. I’ve been using for 3 days this time around and the outline of my abs are already showing. Three more weeks on this baby and I’m gonna be CUT!

I have been using this product for 8 years now. If you use them agressively they break about every three months, but they will give you abs without the bad back that other products will. The spring in the machine helps you come on the coming back up. This machine takes time but it is small and I take even when I travel around the country. All in all cheaper and much more accessible than other ways of exercise.

5 Stars I gave this roller to many many friends as a present.
I had consistent back pain for many year. Both lower back and upper back. I tried this roller about two years ago. Just twenty rolls back and forth each day. I never had a backache again! I since gave this roller to many many friends as a present.

3 Stars It works, but it doesn’t
The reviewer, Steven Maines is right on the money with his review of this product. I read his review and thought I was reading my own…LOL I too have used this product over the years and YES. It works! But at the same time, it doesn’t work! Each one of these I have bought has ended up breaking after several months of regular use. I’m 5′11, 170 lbs male(average size). It should not break like that. I have bought 3 of these over the years from various websites. It’s been some time since my last purchase, but I just ordered one from Amazon today because I want that 6 pac I had before, and this machine gave it to me. I know what I’m getting. I just hope it lasts at least 6 months….LOL Keep in mind, you will see results within only weeks of using this machine. Of course you can’t go out eating cheeseburgers everyday either. Normal diet and active lifestyle required.

I had a Abdominal Ab Roller several years ago and used it faithfully. Eventually the spring broke on it and was never able to find one until I went on your website. I’ve been using it regularly and I’m just waiting to see the results. Love it!
